1. How to conduct an online purchase of an order in CASCO TECHNLOGY?


Choose the product/s that you have chosen and read please, the description and details. Choose your size and color you want. After you select All, then click on "Add to cart".


You will open a new window with your order. Please check, that those are the products you want and that there has been no error in the selection or in sizes. If everything is OK, click on the "Continue".


Then, you need to enter personal data and address (either yours or a person to whom you wish to make a gift) where should we send your order. Once completed, click on the "Continue".


Enter the data requested in order to make the payment and complete the purchase.


Later, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your order that it as that has been accepted and will inform you of the approximate delivery time. If you have any questions, this is the time to ask.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?


From when the order is confirmed until you receive in your house (except in cases of "force major") it can take between 3 and 5 days.


This may vary as our products are sometimes out of stock. The high demand sometimes means that we have to wait a few days to our suppliers to restock us again of the products we use. If we are not able to state how many days the delay will take, we'll let you know and you can also sign up on a waiting list for when we have in stock that product.


If you can't wait, just let us know, and we will offer you alternatives (sometimes even better!!) to meet your need. If you need it for a specific date, please state this in your e-mail and we will see if we can accommodate your requirements. If we cannot help you, we'll tell you clearly.




3. I want to buy an article in promotion, what should i do?


Nothing new. The web is responsible for applying the discount as if it were the original price.

That’s to say the price indicated will always have applied the discounts available at the time.


4. What forms of payment are accepted in the "Online Store"?


Paypal. You can pay through Paypal if you have an account with them, or you can pay by credit or debit card through our PayPal account, (in the lower part of the message "pay by card" where you do not need to have to register or have a Paypal account. We also accept payments through bank transfer, when we receive the transfer, we will proceed to make the shipment of the product. PayPal is a payment system very reliable and sure in a way that we never have your bank details or credit card numbers.


5. Can I request invoice for my order?


Of course! You just have to send us your billing data to info@cascotechnlogy.com


6. Do we send our products to other countries?


Of course we do! Casco Technology reaches around the world and we love to send our products to any place in the world, so that you only need to specify the place of delivery and we will send your purchase there.


7. Can I ask for some article from another previous collection?


As long as we have it in stock, for us there is no problem.


8. Can I change the shipping address after you have made the order?


Yes, provided the order has not been picked up in our office by the courier. After that, we cannot guarantee that it will depend on the courier company, but we can try. Our intention is to help you in every possible way!!

What you need to do is send us an e-mail to info@cascotechnlogy.com with the address where you would like us to deliver, but do it as soon as possible to avoid that it arrives before the collection company to pick it up.



9. Can I trust that my data will not be made public?


Of course! Your data will only be used for the purpose of the purchase, and the e-mail address only to send you news or promotions of our products, provided that it has been previously authorized. 10. Can I write to know where is my order?


You can send us an e-mail asking so and we will say when and how long will it take to reach you (approximately) and give you the tracking number of the courier company, but we ask you to have a little bit of flexibility because, as much as we would like, this no longer depends on us.
